My book is something more than a high school poetry class assignment. kids in my book are taking a look at leaning in closer then they are and askings why or why not or how .wesely boone writing a poem for mr ward is the most hardest part for him he thinks everyone around dont care and all the teachers are wasting there time on teaching student about there future wewn they could be off doing sumthing better .i chose this passage from my book because i dont belive that teachers are waisting their times teaching and guiding us through our future the reason y i say that is because there here for a purpose and that purpose is to guid us through and teach us more knowledge then we know and have us understand that their is more to life then jsut gang banging and this concludes my part of this day =D

LiFe In GeNeRaL

lifes journey has brought me along way i have been through alot with peopl and i have grown to realize that people come and go as they please theirs a saying that my family has always told me is that your friends who you think are real to you are the ones that are hurting you and the ones who are your true friends are further away from you and until u really realize its already to late to get them back. i have gone through that experience alot in my life but i have tend to care for myself more and do me first befor i put others before myself i was brought up as a leader not a follower (to be continued)

if its one thing that relates to me in the story is how much la vaughns mother strives to do everything for her with being a single mom and all and how much la vaughn trys to do for her mom to see her happy it is something that i would do anytime for my mom because with my mom being a single mother raising a teenager isnt easy its hard and i understand what la vaughn gose through and going through the stage of choosing your friends is hard as well be cause peopl just come and go so its reall hard to main tain a good friend in life having at least one friend is better then have lots i understand what la vaughn is going through in school because i go through it at times too

what would u describe as a person who you can trust in life as we go through opsticles and try and figure out whos there and whos not there for us in the end .. but yet how do we really know if that person is the one ? but yet at the end of the day the only one whos really there for you and to catch you wen u fall is yourself

COMPARISON OF "ME"

Mmm... lets see one of the books that connects me to my life experience would be 'A Child Called IT' the reason being is because as being young i was a tropuble maker my parents split when i was 9 and till now i feel like im living a fairy tale life at times i wonder and i ask my self why am i here and why am i still on earth today the reason being is because i always felt like i never belonged here but i gusse u can say me and it do realte in some type of way with his dad being gone for so long and his mom abusing him and all well im not quite sure wat to say if i say anymore i tear up more and more...

my favorite quote is when Melinda in "Speak" page 9 say to herself would he (Mr.Neck) believe her if she asked "can i go home and change or did you see what that bozo did not a chance i keep my mouth shut " because the basketball had bumped in to her and splashed a lump of potatoes on her on accident on the first day of school and she felt embaressed because it was in front of everyone. i chose this text because its showing how she feels and if that happened to me i would feel the same way.
